The ordering page sells beans whole and says, in the shop's own words, to call the store if you would like them ground. That is a phone call during a morning rush, taken by whoever is nearest the register, for a bag of coffee.
A grind selector is one dropdown. It takes the call out of the shop and puts the answer on the label.
